I AM NO STRANGER TO DEATH & GRIEF...
My heart has endured way more than I could have ever imagined. I’ve experienced and witnessed great suffering. My close childhood friend suddenly died at 19. At 25, I held my father’s hand as he took his last breath from cancer. I lovingly cared for my mother for four years as an Alzheimer’s warrior. I lost my sweet brother and many other family members, numerous dear friends, two life-changing gurus and several beloved pets.
But out of these profound losses came an insatiable curiosity that fostered these questions. Why do we fear death? Where do we go? How can we do death better? How can we heal after a loss?
After years of pondering these topics, I created Circle of Life Deathcare to offer the many services I wish I would have had after going through my losses without enough support.
WHAT I BRING TO THE TABLE
✔ In addition to my personal experiences & training as a certified death doula, I bring a host of other skills to the table.

✔ I’ve been a yoga therapist for 20 years and have worked with hundreds of people with chronic health conditions. For some, I have facilitated gentle yoga until they were close to death to ease physical symptoms and reduce grief, depression and anxiety.
✔ Through spiritual counseling and meditation practices, I offer safe space to stand stronger in the face of fear and the unknown, to process heavy emotions and to foster acceptance of what is for those that are dying and their loved ones.
✔ With energy healing, I work to balance life force energy and help people feel more comfortable in their bodies and also work with the subtle body where subconscious beliefs and behavior patterns lie.
✔ Using shamanic techniques, I’ve facilitated death rehearsals that allow people to more readily prepare for death in advance by creating a meaningful portal to exit into when the time comes.
